| 01、Laser machine couldnt cut straight lines |

Screws of the transmission shaft loose, it lead
the belts couldnt keep same step. pls loose
the screws and adjust the correct way of X&2Y axis ,let them vertical, then
fix them. |

| 02、There is fire when Press test on panel ,but no fire when machine is working |
|
That is the problem of signal between power supply and main board ,to check whether the G &L wires on mianboard loose,and also on the power supply.  |

| 03、The laser engrave size is bigger than what we set in software |
|
If laser machine engrave or cut bigger size than what you set in software. need to change the resolution. we could get resolution by this formula.
Correct resolution=(engraving size/theory size in software) *resolution at present

| 04、What can we do if laser machine 6090/1290/1325 no fire out |
|
if machine no fire, problem maybe the water system . see whether the water in and out works well . CW-3000/5000 industry chiller.please check whether this chiller works well ,if chiller doesn't work well,please try to make it short-circuited to see whether the laser tube fire again.
also need check Power on the machine,press the "test"on the power supply.if the laser fire ,means the water protect system has problem.If there is no fire out ,means the tube or power supply has problem.
Open the laser power and press "TEST",if tube fires.your tube works well.if no fire comes out and there is Ignition sound,means yout tube is broken.sorry then,need to change a new one

| If your laser machine with lasercut3.3(or 5.3) and Ruida software but you prefer ACD /CDR software to design,please save the file in PLT format then lead into lasercut software. |

| 06、How to install coreldraw software |
|
Pls make sure there is coreldraw software in your computer,then just need to install the plugins we offer and the dongle.

| 07、What power and speed of DW- 3040/6040 model laser should i useto engrave and cut |

1.Engraving :normally use 30% power and engraving speed 300mm/s,like engrave wood,acrylic. if material very hard to engrave ,then add some power and make speed slow ,just like rubber sheet.
2.Cutting : power 30%,speed 5-15mm/s . paper is easy to cut , could add speed to 25mm/s.if thick acrylic , use power 60% ,speed 3-5mm/s. pls adjust the power and speed according to this,Believe you could use machine friendly soon.{NPXURDAK22J9[%D5X.tmp)

| 08、Why the tube has 2 beams when working? |
|
Please check the water and whether the laser power is too low,try to change clean water and improve the laser power to check whether there is still 2 beams

| 09、How to use the sample Rotary of Laser machine |
|
1) DW-3040A&B when you plug the rotary it just keep running,then please pull the X axis to hit the sensor switch at the end of Y axis,when the X axis hit the sensor switch rotary will stop running, but when you engrave a cylinder,it will stop when work finish.
2)DW-640,we improved to install a rotary switch ,just need to change the switch,"1" for Rotary engraving ,"0"is for nothing "2" is for Y motor engraving and cutting.here is a link for your reference http://youtu.be/tEevsnshGDM
3)For big size 690/1390/1325,we use a round connector,just need to connct with the rotary connector when you want to use rotary.

| 010、What can we do If laser machines 3040/6040 no fire. |
|
There are 3 reasons. water ,tube and power supply. need to check one by one.
1. pls make sure water in /out works well in tube
2.Find the "TEST" on the power supply ,pls note, it is "TEST "on power supply ,not "Test" on panel. see whether there is laser out when you press this button. if yes ,means tube and power supply no problem .problem with the water sensor (white water protect system) ,clean it carefully or cut it and connect the two wires directly. machien will work well again.
3.If there is no laser out when you press "TEST" on power supply. then the tube or the power supply has problem. now pls listen whether there is a fire sound , fire sound means power supply no problem ,problem is tube. otherwise the power supply is broken aleady.

| 011、why Laser machine cut bigger square than what i set ,software is lasercut5.0/3.3 |

Better to cut a square 1000*800mm to see the result. 1.pls adjust the stepping distance.
2.pls make sure the resolution is about 7.2 3,the pulse should be 5000 in driver setting.

| 012、Why the side of tube always burned? |
|
1.If the machine keeps working for long time and The temperature of water is high and cooling system doesn¨t work well ,it may damage the tube. Please keep the temperature of water low,use water container at least 25L,or put some ice into the water if couldn¨t change water in time.
2.Keep the high tension power side dry,cover it very well.becuse if the high tension is moist and you know it close to the metal cover,then high power side will ignite. |

| 013、What kind of glue you use for acrylic channel letters and what kind of materials you use for joining the metal channel lettes,do you supply? |

For acrylic channel letter, we use 502 gule.but DHL or Fedex not accept this liquid ship with package. So you may need to buy locally or on Ebay with keyword 502 glue.Thanks.
For metal channel letters,we use Tin strip ,also it is easy to be fund locally.thanks. |
